Missionary Meals
Breakfast buffets and plated lunch meals are scheduled for Friday and Saturday in the Hilton Hotel Blue Grass Ballroom. Both breakfast buffets start at 7 am. Cost is $13 per person. Both lunch meals start at noon. Cost is $15 per person. Students and missionary recruits are welcomed at half price.
Breakfast buffet menu:
Whole fruit, scrambled eggs, country smoked bacon, home-fried breakfast potatoes, chunky sausage gravy and biscuits, orange juice, hot teas, coffees.
Friday lunch menu:
Mixed salad with choice of dressings, baked roll and butter, roast top sirloin of beef with bordelaise sauce, country style green beans, country mashed potatoes, apple pie, iced or hot tea, coffees.
Saturday lunch menu:
Mixed salad with choice of dressings, baked roll and butter, grilled boneless pork chops with drizzled with apple brandy sauce, sautéed carrots, rice pilaf, pecan pie iced or hot tea, coffees
Special menus are available upon request. Speakers have not been selected yet.
Please purchase your tickets early. We are required to give a count for all the meals by Wednesday, November 17 — before the convention starts.
